CryoPride Holds 2024 Team Building Activities.

To strengthen collective power, cultivate team awareness, promote a fighting spirit, enhance communication and connections among employees, and build an interactive exchange platform that effectively improves employees’ sense of happiness and belonging, CryoPride organized the 2024 team building activities on April 20.

At the beginning of the event, the coach randomly divided everyone into six groups, and everyone was filled with enthusiasm and anticipation. We first completed an icebreaker game called “Fruit Matching,” and then we engaged in a game of Monopoly. During the game, each group encountered interesting tasks at various landing points. These mini-games not only tested everyone’s reaction speed and teamwork abilities but also brought us closer together amidst laughter and joy.

There’s nothing that a barbecue can’t solve; if there is, then have two of them. At noon, the barbecue experts took to the grill to cook skewers. Amidst the rising smoke, everyone chatted and enjoyed the gentle breeze in the courtyard, which helped dispel the fatigue.

The afternoon’s paintball match got everyone fired up, blending cooperation with competition and passion with calmness. With helmets on and guns in hand, we embarked on a battle of wits and bravery. After a round of practical training, everyone quickly got the hang of it. In the official match, we stayed alert and coordinated seamlessly, enhancing our team awareness and spirit during the intense confrontation. 

This team-building event allowed everyone to fully relax amidst their busy work schedules, bringing joy to both body and mind, improving physical fitness, and enhancing a sense of well-being, while further strengthening team cohesion. In the future, all employees of CryoPride will dedicate themselves to their work with a more focused and meticulous attitude, contributing to the strength of a technologically advanced nation with cryo capabilities.
