Recently, CryoPride’s liquid argon circulation purification system successfully passed the factory acceptance test, with all indicators meeting the technical requirements.


The ultra-high purity liquid argon circulation system is a system for liquid argon circulation and purification, including an argon liquefaction unit, an argon circulation unit, and an argon purification unit. The circulation flow rate is 50 standard liters per minute, with a required liquid argon purity of 99.99999%. At room temperature, the vacuum in the pipelines and heat exchangers can reach 10-4Pa.


The project uses the KDE400SA cryocooler, independently developed by CryoPride, as the cold source. The overall equipment structure is compact and easy to maintain. The liquefaction system employs advanced cryocooler technology and an efficient energy-saving design concept. This product is another cryo liquefier successfully developed after the helium, xenon, neon, and hydrogen liquefiers. It not only enriches the company’s product applications in the ultra-pure field but also provides research support for cutting-edge scientific research.


The successful development of the liquid argon circulation purification system not only showcases CryoPride’s technical strength but also further solidifies the company’s leading position in the low-temperature gas liquefaction equipment market.
