CryoPride Wins Multiple Projects, Boosting Scientific Research Development

Recently, CryoPride has adhered to the philosophy of “market as the bigger picture” and has consecutively won bids for cryo strong magnetic field comprehensive physical property measurement systems at three universities. The successful acquisition of these projects further solidifies CryoPride’s market position in the high-end scientific research equipment sector and lays a solid foundation for the company’s future development.

The Cryogenic Physical Property Measurement System (CPMS) utilizes a liquid helium-free cryogenic system to provide a cryo environment for strong magnetic field superconducting magnets and multiphysical property measurement systems. The system achieves a minimum temperature of 1.5K through a 4K-GM cryocooler, supporting liquid helium-free operation. It features advantages such as compactness, ease of operation, and low cost, offering broad prospects in both scientific research and industrial applications. 

The core technologies of the system include:

1、Liquid Helium-Free Cryogenic System Design: Utilizing a GM cryocooler as the cold source and helium gas as the refrigerant, the system achieves a closed-loop cycle through a circulation pump, providing the necessary cryogenic environment for both the sample and the superconducting magnet.

2、Overall Structural Design: The system is divided into three modules: the liquid helium-free cryogenic cold box, the helium gas circulation cabinet, and the automatic control system. The design is compact and easy to move. The measurement and monitoring system is integrated into a standard cabinet, with reserved space to accommodate the magnet power supply and measurement instruments.

3、Localization of Core Components: The system’s core components, including the GM cryocooler and JT valve, are domestically produced and have been successfully produced and have been successfully applied in multiple liquid helium-free cryogenic systems.

4、Fully Automatic Control Software: the development of fully automatic control software supports one-click start/stop, remote monitoring and control, and fault diagnosis, enhancing the convenience and safety of the system.
