Recently, Pengli ultra-low temperature successfully won the bid for a large liquefaction capacity (100L/day) helium recovery and purification liquefier system from a well-known research institute in China.
This series of helium recovery and purification liquefier systems is a mature product of Pengli ultra-low temperature standard, mainly composed of helium liquefier unit, helium purifier unit, recovery unit, control unit and other modules. The entire system realizes fully automatic control, can operate continuously for 24 hours without interruption, and has remote monitoring function. Users can monitor the real-time operation status of the system, including key parameters such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, and regeneration, through the WeChat mini program on their mobile phones. If there is an abnormality in the system, alarm information can also be obtained through SMS reminders or WeChat mini programs. This design greatly reduces researchers' focus on auxiliary equipment and helps them concentrate more energy on scientific research work.
