KD-HRL ultra-low vibration helium re-liquefier

 KD-HRL is a kind of ultra-low vibration helium re-liquefier specially used for NMR equipment. Its purpose is to realize zero evaporation of helium in NMR equipment, providing reliable guarantee for continuous work of NMR.

Liquefier core component is the company independent research and development of GM cryocooler, KD-HRL again choose KDE401SA liquefier, it’s equipped with a KDC800A air compressor, the minimum temperature is < 2.3K, secondary cold head cold capacity is 0.1W@4.2K, satisfy the requirement of the 1 L/d helium liquefaction rate.

The whole device can operate automatically and monitor the internal temperature and pressure of helium re-liquefier in real time.

Due to the KDC - HRL liquefied rate is greater than the liquid helium NMR equipment attrition rate, the interior of the equipment will be sucked into a negative pressure t, it adopt the method of heating temperature control machine, so as to realize the control of pressure, full automatic control.

The Performance Parameters:

Ø Helium liquefaction rate > 1 L/d

The liquid helium loss of NMR is 0.4-0.5L/d, and the liquefaction rate of KD-HRL helium is 1L/d

Ø Vibration 5 ~ 100 nm

The vibration of NMR was introduced by KD-HRL at 5~100nm with multistage vibration reduction

Ø Electric power consumption (50HZ) < 1KW

The total power consumption is less than 1KW by using a small refrigerating machine

Ø Automatic control

Fully automatic control of pressure and temperature, can work continuously and unattended
