The superconducting oscillating device cryogenic system developed by the company for the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the first in China and the third cryostat that can provide high-quality light source for cutting-edge research and development. It is used as a cryogenic cooling and low temperature maintenance for large scientific engineering superconducting magnet components. The core equipment, its sample temperature zone, overall leakage rate, ultimate vacuum and sample vibration have reached world-class levels. The system integrates the GM cryogenic refrigerator cooling magnet technology of Pride ultra-low temperature company, the hydrazine liquefaction technology based on GM cryogenic refrigerator, the liquid helium zero evaporation technology and the vibration damping technology.
