Cryogenic refrigerator
OpenThe sample is placed in low temperature helium gas, and the cold capacity is obtained by direct contact. It is suitable for the case where the sample has poor thermal conductivity and irregular shape. It is not necessary to close the cryocooler when replacing, and the sample rod can be directly taken out for sample change. After the sample is replaced, the sample can be lowered to a low temperature in a short time.
