Cryogenic refrigerator
OpenThe product liquefies the helium gas volatilized from the liquid helium tank through the GM cryocooler to achieve zero consumption. The equipment does not need to replenish liquid helium during the operation of the cryocooler, which greatly saves the cost of purchasing liquid helium, and avoids the problem that the liquid helium evaporates quickly and the liquid helium is frequently replenished. The product can be equipped with a damping system with vibrations low to ±100nm at the sample.
