Cryogenic refrigerator
OpenA flexible bellows is installed between the cryocooler and the vacuum cover connecting flange, and a flexible cold chain is added between the cold head and the sample holder to absorb the vibration energy transmitted from the cold head to the sample, and the vibration at the sample is reduced to less than 2 μm.
