Cryogenic refrigerator
OpenThe main structure of the product includes a cryocooler system, a vacuum hood, a radiation shield and a sample holder and so on. By configuring different types of vacuum hoods and related equipment, it can realize the cooling requirements of many low temperature test, and the model cryostat can be matched with precision device. The displacement platform performs high-precision and large-scale movement of the whole structure in three-dimensional space, and realizes the requirement of measuring different positions of the sample, and the positioning accuracy is up to 0.01 mm.
