Cryogenic refrigerator
OpenCold box integration requirements:
1) Provide cold box containers, heat exchangers of various stages, low temperature absorbers, turbo expanders and filters, low temperature and room temperature valves, temperature and pressure sensors;
2) Provide 10D Helium chiller cold box integrated 3D structural design drawing and engineering drawing, PID chart;
3) Complete cold box container integration according to the structural drawings and PID diagram provided by the purchaser, including cold box container, heat exchangers of various stages, low temperature absorbers, turbo expanders and filters, low temperature and room temperature valves, temperature and pressure, etc. Sensor connection and assembly, cooling regulator heaters, support assemblies, brackets, scaffolding, panels, high vacuum multilayer insulation, cryogenic piping, processing and assembly connections for various sensor mounts;
4) The two parties shall jointly complete the engineering design, design drawings, process report and acceptance report of all structures and components in the cold box integration according to the supplier's process and actual conditions;
5) All surfaces related to helium and vacuum must be polished (no sanding and machine marks);
6) Paint the surface of the panel and bracket and the scaffold (color to be determined).
